Publish to DWG uses invalid translator location

Hi There, sorry I couldn't find an answer on this.

One of our users has an issue exporting to DWG. When they attempt to publish, an invalid location is stated for the translator. The location it tries to use appears to be the location from the last user to save the file. For example:

User Cassandrac attempts to publish to DWG. After initiating the publish, an error states that the translator file c:\Users\Christians\Graphisoft\DXF-DWG Translators.

She can manually change the DWG properties and select one of her own translators which is installed at C:\Users\CassandraC\Graphisoft\DXF-DWG Translators\. Alternatively, i can manually copy the translators to the location specified in that instance, and the error goes away.

Inspecting the DWG DXF translators setup in the file menu only lists the actually installed translators, in her home directory.

there must be something in the file indicating that a different translator should be used as the incorract location varies from file to file. Is there an option somewhere to override the file specific translator and use an installed one?
