HLM missing template?

we have an IFC file placed as a module. When updating the module, it reports a "missing template", then gives the template location to another users applications folder. What causes this? every other project we use IFC to module with, the modules just update. This project will not even let us relink to a new file, let alone update to a replaced location. (it is not the ifc file location, or IFC translator, but some reference to the template somehow and for some reason used to place the original module/ifc)

so it seems that the "template" was chosen in lieu of a translator; which is weird. and there is no way (that I can find) to re-assign the translator from a template in the placed module. Only solution appears to be to purge and start over

hi! we have this same issue. did you ever find a way to fix it in the hotlink manager or the hotlink settings? we would rather not have to delete our placed modules and start fresh, but we are getting the same error message.
