.STL import issues

Dear all,

Recently I have encountered problem with my .stl files. I made 3D models out of pointcloud, remesh it to good value of quality/speed (approx. size 1-2mb).
In ArchiCAD, it turns out, that it is a way too heavy. I have change it for window frame (it is only possibility to make it work in viewport). Too bad, it gives this bad-looking frame (even if I change material for AIR). Any ideas, how to make it work? Please see the attachment.

All the best
Karol

Are you referring to the background frames around your statues?

If so does this help....

Barry.

Barry,
Thank you for your response. I know this method, but this is modelled frame (appears in viewport when you highlight object). It won't go off after changes due to the render.
