Support newer IFC4 releases with type mapping and classification

With the current ISO publication of ISO 16739-1:2024 (aka IFC4.3) it would be good to gradually refine the mappings we can perform.

E.g. I was looking at wall Coping and found that this now exists in the PredefinedType enumeration of IfcCovering since IFC4.2, alongside SkirtingBoard

However, when trying to include this into the IFC Type Mapping, they are not (yet) available in the drop-down and thus cannot be mapped from Archicad. The lists are not editable by the user.

In addition, these updates will also require an update (expansion) of the default Archicad Classification 2.0, since new IFC entities and predefined types have become available. I hope that this could be taken into account for the next Archicad release.
