Texture alignment in a Google Warehouse object

Greetings, I have imported objects from Google Warehouse in Sketchup format. When an image map is included in the import, the image becomes out of alignment (see attached). The imported object comes in as one piece even though it is made of of many in Sketchup. Does anyone know of a way to import a Sketchup object insuring proper alignment of the image map? Thank you, Scott

I don't have the solution, but to relay a weird experience with the same...

I imported an object from 3D warehouse and got similar results.
I copied the object into a second PLN file and the image map mysteriously
corrected itself. I haven't tried to replicate the process.

What happens if you convert the object to a morph?

Thank you Marc, it worked! Copying to a new file did not work but converting to a morph worked after adjusting the Surfaces in Attribute Manager and Design>Align Texture in 3D. Scott

For anyone who may stumble upon this thread:

The answer to weird texture alignment, is to check that the
object is NOT "mirrored"
.
(I had my object tool set to mirror as a default).

Unclick the box (as noted) or mirror the object in place.
