Can we translate mod files into x-refs within a project?

Hi, we are providing architectural documentation for a client. They wish to receive the final project as .dwg files since they are AutoCad users and may wish to further edit the project in the future.
In the same way that Archicad uses mod files AutoCAD uses Xrefs so we need individual mod files to translate into individual Xrefs.
eg. A mod file of an apartment type which repeats many times on many different floor levels can be edited with all occurrences of that mod being updated. We need the same mod file of an apartment type to translate as an xref so that if our client need to amend their AutoCAD files later themselves they can achieve the same result.

Archicad can deal with Xrefs just as it can with modules.
So if you place the appartments as Xrefs then they should convert through to Autocad OK (or so I was let to believe by GS - I have never had the need to use Xrefs myself).
Not much help in your current job unless you replace all the modules with Xrefs manually, but maybe worth a try next time.
