Trial version - 3ds import greyed out

Not applicable
Hi, I'm working on finding some 3d furniture models and the gsm pickings are slim. I learned it's theoretically possible to import 3ds files, but when I select File>Interoperability>3D Studio, both import and export options are greyed out. Is this because I am using a 30-day trial version of Archicad 22, or is there a setting I need to change to allow this type of importing? I have installed the Goodies. Thanks in advance.

It works for me just fine in AC22, and I think it should also work in Trial version.
Just make sure that you are in the Floor Plan Viewpoint when activating the menu command, in other types of Viewpoints, and in the GDL Object Editor Window, they are grayed.
