Thanks for pointing that out.Still what I said applies, there is no way to do this except with intermediary software. Which is just additional unnecessary cost, since it only functions as a translator. This is not a solution to the problem.

You could split up the wall if you haven’t, and then set it to cut off from under. Through solid element operations: set the wall as the target and roof as operator. I believe this should fix it

Good point. But yes, it's unchecked.I have found a temporary solution by making the materials to be equal. I'm not that satisfied with this, as the material isn't what I've now selected it to be. It works because now this level of detail isn't needed...
