I have a custom purlin part that was created for a client. The client uses the Log Home Solution and I am adding in the Bill of Materials calculations. The problem I am having is that the part allows multiple purlins to be created by spacing. I cannot seem to develop a formula that calculates the number of beams to an even number. The spacing of the beam pertains to the slope of the roof and the height of the logs in wall that it protrudes from. So the spacing could be something like 2'-1 3/16". The whole reason for the explanation above is can I load a part to the forum to have anyone look at it and see if they can figure out how the part was scripted and see if they have a formula to calculate the number of beams. I am positive I am missing something when I am reading the script. Thanks.
