Wall surface units

I am looking to calculate surface area of my masonry walls and am getting some strange results. I have no clue what to interpret these as and if there are some settings that control the result. Any advice?

I would say that in your 'Calculation Units' you have "Extra Accuracy" turned on for your area units.
