What's happened to Cigraph?

Haven't seen much activity on the Cigraph website since around June. No bug fixes, new products, etc.

Did Fabrizio just wear everybody out?

Winter is already coming and how about ArchiTerra 3???? I have to mention that I'm trying to pay the 15 euros for the ArchiTerra to AC10 upgrade, and I just can't finish the purchase!!! And I don't get replies from the site (yes, I sent mails). The Cigraph site annoys me, it has no instructions how international companies should do the payment, lots of bugs... and in my point of view, this is really bad to the product reliability!!!!

I’m really sorry but we had some trouble during the last days with our web site.
From this afternoon anything should work fine again.
I’m not the responsible for our web site but I’m sure the Cigraph web master will be happy to listen to your suggestion/ideas/complaining so please, write him (claudio.mandelli@cigraph.com) or send me an e-mail that I will forward him.

About ArchiTerra 3:
Unfortunately the big delay came from the fact that, in the meanwhile, also ArchiCAD 10 came out.
Before we waited for its release and then, unfortunately we had to wait also for the Mactel releases.
Next month it will be available for all the users (and for all the OS).
I just want to remember that who bought ArchiTerra 2.0 in the three months before ArchiTerra 3.0 come out will get the update free of charge.

Sorry again for all the inconvenient you get from our site.

thank you so much for answering! I finally did the purchase this morning, now let's see how it works on AC10. The next time I have problems with the site I'll directly send mails to Claudio (poor Claudio )
I hope you can release ArchiTerra3.0 soon!!!
