ZONE SCHEDULE

I WANT TO CREATE A SCHEDULE THAT SHOWS ALL THE PROJECT DATA. IE: LIVING,GARAGE,EXISTING,NEW,LOT SIZE....ETC.

I ATTACHED A SCREEN SHOT, BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET SUBTOTALS FOR EACH ZONE CATEGORY.

WHAT RECORD CONTROLS SHOULD I USE? THE COMBINATIONS I HAVE TRIED HAVE NOT WORKED FOR ME.

you need to [list=a]
  • turn off your caps lock. There's not need to shout.
  • click the box just to the left to the "flag" symbol, but in the "Area" row, until it has a "Sigma" symbol in it. That will give you a subtotal for the Areas.

    Hi Jeff,

Tom gave the answer. This is also shown in my handouts in your binder from ArchiCAD University West. 😉

Ok, I got that to work, but it gives subtotals for each item even if there is only one. This might be all the program can do,but I was curious what other users do for area calcs. Can you post a screen shot of yours?

    Karl,
I noticed the Zone Areas schedule on page 93 of your IS 8.1
Can you email me that IS file?
    Thanks
