dxf-dwg translators missing

I was using publisher in AC 11 when I received a failed message. When I clicked on it I received the following pop-up: "dxf-dwg translators missing".
I've been using publisher since AC8 and this is the first time I've seen this.
Any clues on how to fix it? I searched the manual with no luck.

Bob:

If you go to the DXF-DWG Translation Setup dialog box, you can use the Browse... button to navigate to this folder to load the translator(s) you need.
