License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Welcome to our forum. Please post your computer type and Archicad version in your forum signature so we can help you better.

You need to make images from your Archicad files.

Save any view as a JPEG image "Save As".

In Mac, we can make screen captures of parts of the screen as we like.

For PC you need an extra utility i think.

You can use your marquee to define areas on screen to be "printed," then in Mac, print to PDF. These files import to Powerpoint. Perhaps there is similar on PC.

This is enough to get started.

Once upon a time, simple copy and paste worked also.

Dwilight ... perfect! Dwight, this deserves a new chapter in your existing books and the Artlantis one, too!

Yeah, I am really interested to know if we can just copy and paste like AutoCAD enables you!
In AutoCAD you can copy and paste it in Power Point and if you open in another machine you just double click and it reopens in the AutoCAD if you want to edit it! What a cool think and it's sad that AC doesn't have this option!

I know one thing that is supposed to work: select paragraphs of text in Word, copy them and paste them into ArchiCAD. Text Blocks with formatting will come through.
But I do not know if this works from AC to Powerpoint.
