"New" windows in "Existing walls" - how to put in schedule?
See diagram.
With this new "Renovation" feature...now how do I get 'windows' that are "NEW" windows being placed in "Existing walls"? to show up on Window Schedules?
What I'm doing now is cutting a wall into three pieces.....just so I can set up in the Window Schedule Settings for the window to read in the schedule from a "NEW wall"?....is there a better way to do this so I'm not breaking up every single exterior wall into parts and pieces just so I can extract the data to a schedule???

You can set that Window a status "New" in the Renovation Status. I think this status will be seen in the schedule (I personaly did not use it at this time).
Ok...I see where on the window "status" you can set the object to be a "NEW" window.......BUT....just by merely setting it to "NEW" as a status inside an "existing" wall and wall layer will that change the schedule?
Where in the Window Schedule Settings can I set that the window schedule read only the windows that have a "NEW" status?

I have added that 'filter' the window schedule.
Now...the location up and down the list of that new "Renovation status" filter within the window schedule settings....does that make a difference as to how many windows show up and populate the window schedule???
