units and decimal digits

I have a problem.
I built my schedule using IFC rules.
I set correctly the type of IFC unit (IFCareameasurement, IFCvolumemeasurement, etc.)
I expect the schedules report the number of digits as set in preferences ...
but NO.
I set 3 decimal digits and the schedule report 2 decimal digits.
