working units / calc rules - foundation plan vs schedules

Click to expand Click to expand Developer Hub category Click to collapse Developer Hub categoryI have a situation where I need to show labels with elevation (to sea level) on my foundation plan. Level dims only work for certain elements, and only the top of those elements. Labels can pull top/bottom to sea level, but need to show in decimal  feet, not fractional feet. If I change my working units or calc units to get my foundation plan to show correctly, my door and window schedules are suddenly showing 16.289'x10.157'; which NOBODY wants or needs.

This would be under a wishlist item, if that forum ever resurfaces.

I need:

-working units and/or calc units & rules to be a view setting, not a global setting
-level dimensions to be a globally applicable tool, not just slabs and meshes. why dont they work with walls? seems kind of basic there!

-level dimensions to have top, bottom, reference line links to: project 0, home story, levels, sea level
