Hello!
Our office is currently working on a large project on a steep site. I have been developing exterior elevations as well as wall sections. My question deals with story levels being shown with the specific elevation/section cut. If I cut a section through a three-story block at the lower end of the site, all needed levels appear in my section window. But story levels at the upper part of the site are also showing making it a bit confusing.
I know I can open my story settings and select the ones I want to show, but this seems to act globally so whatever is selected shows up on all elevations and sections and I need to hide and show certain ones with certain sections. I thought I might be able to save stories shown within the view settings, but that doesn't seem to be available in those settings.
Hopefully, this makes sense and I've attached a screenshot of what I'm talking about. The clouded levels are the ones I don't need for this wall section.
Thanks!

You cannot use the inbuilt storey markers in your situation. It is the same issue with buildings with varying storey heights... You either use a custom object, or do your individual building drawings in seperate Hotlink files or on iceburg layers. For more information on Hotlinking, see this page.
