What exactly do you mean?
Do you want to "call" a macro?
Mostly AC 26 on Mac | Author of SelfGDL | Developer of the GDL plugin for Sublime Text |

I would want to load another object into my master object much in the same way a door leaf can be loaded into a door object.

Yeah, just CALL it then.
CALL macro_name_string parameters some_param = foobar
(p. 329 in the GDL reference manual)
