how to activate maxwell render license for artlantis studio 4.1 student version? i have teachers license.

Artlantis is a product from a completely different company: Abvent. You'll need to contact Abvent, or post on their forums to find out if it is possible to activate the Maxwell license in the student version.

The Abvent student page here:
http://www.artlantis.com/index.php?page=education/index

makes no mention of the new Maxwell plug-in which normally only has a 30 day trial period. That page has a link where you can request help.
