When i drag the shedule to layout. The contures and lines ind 2D/3D views turned red. Also dimension are red.

It's not a View settings thing

Also it has nothing to do with renovation although it is a new door and is it's so classified

Can by a Issue Manager thing?? I dont use this funcion.

@Maybelline C,

Which Archicad version and op. systems are you using?

Can you write down the exact steps that causes this issue? Maybe attach a screnshot as well?

Hi!

Thanks for responding and apologies to the late reply.

I'm using ArchiCAD 28.2.1 running on macOS Sequoia.

I can't exactly pinpoint what went wrong. But it happened after I add dimensions in the 2D Preview box using the annotate button. The screenshots that I can sent would be exactly what the above images are. I can't find any fault with my MVO or renovation statuses or pen overrides etc. As a source view, it looked perfectly fine. Only when I place it on a layout page, all the lines turn red. I've tried deleting my layouts, re-save all my schedule views and placing them on new layouts but the same still happens.

This is an interesting problem.

Layouts do not use Model View Options, Graphic Overrides or Renovation Filters.

But the drawings placed on the layouts do and they are saved in the view settings.

Now these views seem OK when opened which is the interesting part.

I am not sure I have an answer.

But something I would try.

Select one of those placed drawings and right mouse click and choose "Modify source view settings'.

Change the MVO, GO and RF settings to something else to see if they have any affect (I doubt MVO will have any affect).

You can always change them back or just not save the project.

Change the settings one at a time and it might help you narrow down where the issue is coming from.
