3D view settings not saving

I am having a weird problem. I created a project with many saved views (many of which are the same viewpoint but with a different design option set selected, if that's relevant). I printed the layouts last week for a presentation. I shut down like normal, doing a "send & receive" and "release all" on the BIMcloud teamwork project. Today, when I opened the project, and I am encountering the following issues:

  1. When I open the saved views, they are opening under different model views and more zoomed in vantage points than how they were saved.
  2. The previously saved layouts show the correct "zoom" but the wrong model views
  3. I have duplicated a saved view but with a different design option. When I duplicate the layout as well and relink to the newly saved view, it does not use the same zoom. I have tried re-saving the view and the layout several times, and each time, the new view does not retain the original "zoom" and does something different.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Sonoma 14.5

This is only a suggestion.  So, I apologize if you've already looked at all these things to try and resolve your issue.

There are three areas that I look to when saving views and how they are saved.  When I have a 3D view set up and I'm ready to save, I use the "Get Current Windows Settings" button at the top of the View Setting dialog box.  Then hit Save.  Otherwise, you need to make sure that the "Ignore zoom and rotation when opening this view" toggle is unchecked.  The other place I'll check is the "Current Zoom" when saving the view.  I can only suggest looking at all three of these areas to see if it resolves your problem.  These are my typical places to look when resolving saved view problems.
