AC27 Undock Design options palette

I docked the Design options palette and now I can't undock it!!! (other palettes work fine) its this a bug or am I missing something.

In my case the design options works just fine. 

Windows 11, Arhicad 27 6000 INT.

 

The undock cross comes up on the left upper corner of the pallete.
