Added layouts, but they didn’t appear in the Book Publisher

Hello,
I opened a project that was edited a year ago, and added two layouts with views.
They are displayed in blue (is something wrong?)
and they’re not visible in the Book Publisher
What should I do?

A blue layout is one that has been modified and is part of the current issue.

Within the Organiser open the desired then select your layouts and click on Add Shortcut >>>
