Adjust Cutting Plane Height to Cut Second Floor Windows bldgs.

The windows are showing on the right-side bldg., but not the left side one even though the windows have the same height.

Attached are screenshots showing the project's Story Settings, the View Settings, the plans, the window elevation height, and both windows in elevation.     Any idea on how to address this?

Both are symbolic. I used the same window. See attached screenshots.
