Arabic ext glitch

I am still getting ???????????? instead of arabic text in the calculation tables, any help?

We were able to solve this problem for Greek letters, but only for Windows OS.

I believe the problem is still unresolved for Mac OS .

Thanks for help but I forgot to include in my massage that I face the problem mainly on Mac OS. I am continuously contacting Graphisoft regarding this since Mac SOX appeared. I can't believe that they could not solve this minor problem but with great impact on users.
