Arc length dimensioning not working_AC28 Intel based

Trying to use this arc dimensioning method that worked fine in AC27 and before. I've installed the latest USA full 28.3.1 (6100) version to no avail. Anyone else  has had this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Thanks!

Ok, I found my problem, commenting in case it helps. I had the horizontal text setting checked, I unchecked it and now ir works fine.

For me, the placement works in both Ac28 and Ac29 as expected.

However, I think there is a bug here: When the Dimension Text Position is set to "Within Line" and the "Horizontal Text" checkbox is checked, the line is not broken, plus it seems that the center point of the Dimension Text is not on the Dimension Line, but shifted downward a bit. You can see on the red Hotspots where the middle of the Text is and where it should be if we simply rotated the Dimension Text to become horizontal. When the "Horizontal Text" checkbox is unchecked, it behaves as expected.
