Archicad 25 & Cinema 4D Real Interconnection or Synchronization

Anytime I've tried to send this file from C4D to Archicad, the later crashed. Both C4D and Archicad belong to the same company. Why is there not an interface that allows them to be synchronized in real time?

I would recommend that you report this crash to your local reseller so they can take it up as a support case.

When I tried to send a simpler 3d model from Cinema4d to Archicad, the transfer has been made without any other issue. It's like 3ds Mas, the simpler the model, the easier it is to import.
