Area calculation discrepancies from module slab to PLN file slab

There is a strange discrepancy from area calculations shown in the module slab and a copy of the same slab in the project file. How could this be happening? The discrepancy is not huge, but for contract documents it needs to be accurate. Can anyone explain where the missing area is going? Screen shots attached showing element info - area for the module slabs and the same slab copied in the project master file. Screenshots below.

Hi,

I noticed a discrepancy as well.

My slab is a 10mm floor finish. I believe the slab subtracts the area of the wall on top of it, even if the wall is in fact a downstand from the ceiling above - with a large empty opening.
