When I create one or more levels, AC always shows a random dimension. And I need to "Copy-Paste" the value to fix that.

The Height to Next default value is the sum of the default Wall height + Slab height. So to control the Height to Next value, set the default Wall and Slab height values to add up to your desired Height to Next value.
