Can Plotmaker automatically generate and update a drawing list to place on your cover sheet from the layouts/ sheets in the layout book? I am using PM9. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Tipp:
1st Method:
1. Open your *.lbk file and via publisher save all needed sets into a file(for example *.PDF).
2. go to >>>Options Menu>Preferences>Publisher<<< and click on "Show the log file".
3. Now you can copy Index for layouts and past to Excel for example.

The problem that you have with this method is that in .log file you have only layout names, but not real folder structure. That's means that folder/subfolder names failed.

2nd Method:
If you need also folder/subfolder names and do not want print they manualy, then here is a 2nd method:

1. Open your *.lbk file
2. open publisher
3. create "view set" that will be published and for that you need drawing list.
4. Press the "View set publishing properties" button
5. From the "publishing method" list choose "Print"
6. check on the "Print set structure sheet first" and press OK
7. Press Publish (be shure that Print Preview option is on)
8. After print preview window apears save the index sheet as image.
9. now use FindeReader for example to recognize text in image file.
that's all 😉

While 2nd method is too "hard" , I'm trying to find program for 3th Method.
So I know that publishing layouts in to image files creats they all in diferent folders according lbk structure. That's means that we can explore "lbk" in WindowsExplorer. So if find any program that saves Folder directory tree with all subfolders and files as *.txt file that's will be 3th method.
