Change length of label leader

Very new to Archicad and I am trying to perform what I would assume a very mundane task.  I need to change the leader length for a Label.  However the property must be buried somewhere because there is no readily apparent way to accomplish this

None of the grips do anything to change the length of the line.  Reviewing the label selections settings similarly shows nothing that allows you to change the length.  Is this not possible in Archicad?

Attached is a short movie clip.  You will get a different tool palette depending on where you select the label, ie the text box or the leader.  Then you need to select the correct tool in palette to change the length of the leader.
