Changing text size in a 'title block'?

Not sure what this is called, but I need to be able to change the size of this text. I can't seem to figure out how.
Need to make the text size bigger

Which Archicad version are you using? Please also state localization info as well (such as INT, USA, etc.)
And which "Title Block" library part is this?

Archicad 23 on a Mac platform, United States. All I know is the picture I posted. Title blocks on sheets in the Navigator

I just checked. As I can see, all "Title Block" library parts have Override options as shown in the below image.
