Changing the units i elevation

I'm pretty sure this is a simple thing, I just can't seem to figure it out.

In the picture below, I have an elevation, and I need to label those windows with dimensions. So far so good. But I want to display them as decimeter-values, so that the label shows 10*19 instead of 990mm*1880mm..

How do I make this happen?

If that is the Dimension Label 23, go to the Symbol Label Custom Settings > General Settings... tab, it has Show Units > Linear > mm, cm, dm, m, inch and by Project Preference options.
