Customisable text in custom drawing title

Hello, I'd like some assistance with placing editable text within a custom drawing title.

I have this title which I've made to match our office style, but I'd like to have the bottom line customisable in the drawing selection settings dialog box (under "custom drawing title settings").

That is, I'd like the field "additional text" to be editable to that I can alter "BRICK VENEER" to say, for instance "STUCCO CLADDING", or whatever I need for each placed drawing, retaining the ability to turn this text on or off.
