Dimensions Lose Core After Send/Receive

We have a project in AC10 in which we are dimensioning to the stud edges (the 'core'). We then do a Send/Receive the two core dimension points turn into a single dimension point at the center of the core. This has happened on two different computers in the same project.

Any ideas why or how to fix it?

This is happening in an office here, too, although the projects weren't teamworked. I'll add this thread to the case I filed with GSUS.
