Doorframe size and wallopening

Hi there,

 

With which setting do I achive this story-view of my doorframe in the wall?

So I've got a wallopening of 1016 mm. and a doorframe of 1034 mm.

Hi @Dontknow , on the view right click and go to view settings then go to 2D/3D Documents section and feel happy to change dimensioning system.

No, it's not about the dimensioning system.

How do I place a doorframe with a width off 1034 mm which gives a wallopening of 1016 mm.

I think this screenshot can help you get the desired result, these settings are almost  the same for doors and windows.

Could you just work with a Casing? Not sure how those dimension...

I was wondering that myself.

I assume one of the moderators went to move the post but moved a reply instead of the whole post.
