Elevation Selection Settings

I am having trouble being able to edit my “elevation selection settings”. Anything in the settings that I try to change cannot be saved, as the “OK” button is shaded out and cannot be clicked on. I have attached a screenshot of the problem, for better understanding. Your help with this would be much appreciated.

The image shows that in the upper right corner of the Dialog it says: "Selected: 1", but it doesn't say: "Editable: 1", which means that the Elevation Line is locked.
Select the Elevation Line in the Floor Plan and unlock it.
