Export to DWG w/o .shx prompt in plotmaker

I've been trying to find a way to publish from plotmaker and not have the .shx prompt come for almost every sheet. Ive been running into 5+ hour export times on a project. It would be nice to set it off and and not have to babysit it. Presently I can't since the process stops till I click on 'skip' or 'skip all' when publishing a DWG. It would be great to click publish, leave for the day and find the export complete in the morning.

You have some or all the text defined with AutoCAD SHX fonts. Redefine your texts with True Type fonts and it will go away.

Next time somebody sends you a DWG, ask him to eTransmit; it is under File pulldown menu. You will get the SHXs used, too.

one thing you can do is purge and audit your DWGS...look for empty xrefs and remove them....
