Have a look please. This is the spring level which 5000mm and the height of the building is about 4000mm. I did double check every setting and seems right to me but still is showing lower than 4000mm.

I don't know what is the spring level but i see you can adjust your height via Floor plan cut plane dialoug by selecting the spring level then show up to the height you like or whatever, see this link.

Hi FP, we are asked to start a new thread with each new issue. Can you please start another thread with this current issue about your levels. Please take a cross section through your house through that ceiling plane as that will help greatly. If you can show vertical dimensions that will also help.
I see you have a site depth of 600mm.
A ceiling or room height of 2400mm.
A spring Level of 5000mm. (Not sure what a spring level is ?)
Your plan looks like a single story house with a skillion roof. Do you have a raked ceiling through out your house or is it flat ?
Thanks.

The spring level is between roof and the wall plate of the timber stud wall and in this case my teacher told me the roof is located in the spring level. So after creating ceiling I'm not sure why It's not located in the right level It shows It's in the spring level which is 5000mm but It looks lower than 2400mm. I choose slab for the flat ceiling of the building. In m y knowledge I think I need to create ceiling of the building first in the roof plan and then create the roof in the roof plan.

Ok cool ! If you can draw a freehand sketch of a cross section through your building that will help you set the correct floor heights.
0000 ground level.
+600 floor level. (footing depth ?)
+3000 ceiling level. (2400 ceiling height + 600)
+5000 spring level. (3000 + 2000) Is that right ?

You mean this option?

That is the option you have shown us with those datam levels.
According to those defaults your ceiling height should be at 3000mm.
