Face of wall locked / attached to gridline

Hi

Is there a way to lock or attach the wall, e.g. face of the wall, to the gridline? so when the gridline is moved, the wall will move with the gridline automatically?

Thx!

No there’s not but we have a workaround is to make a marquee including the whole grid line and markers ( while suspended groups function is on ) then drag the wall to the desired location then remove marquee you’ll find the wall stretched with the grid & even the dynamic dims have been updated.

Take care using marquee for a single floor or all floors cuz for all floors you should make the other storeys as a reference and trace to check if any thing else would be affected by stretching.

 Please see attached screenshot,

the normal dashed line is for single floor but the bold one is for all floors,

you can make a rectangular marquee or polygonal one, hope it helps.
