Graphic overrides for lines

I had a line not appearing in the correct colour.  It turns out the setting for this was under the graphic override 'cut fills'.  This is ridiculous.  A line is neither cut, nor is it a fill.  There should be a separate graphic override for lines not associated with fills.

I have changed this wish to closed seeing it is not really a wish at all but just Graphic Override settings.
