Help! Extra Dark shadows - won't disappear/lighten

Hi, 

I am working on a project using archicad25 + redshift.

I'm new to this program but have managed to complete 4 other scenes that have turned out really well.

However in the current scene, I am not able to get rid of or lighten this really dark shadow. 

I have played around with the northpoint/timezones/hiding the buildings in the background

I have even tried deleting the doors and windows so there's no natural light in the room and it still shows up?

Adding multiple lights hasn't helped either. The wall and ceiling behind are fully enclosed + no windows

Any ideas on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!
