How can I set the simple ID-label to show the text rotated?

See attach. I want the text to be read from the right to the left no matter the wall direction. I don't manage to do that!?

In the label settings there is an option to make the text "always readable".
That should be what you are after.

There are also options for how the label is rotated when placed.

Kind of tried that a thousand times...got some grey hair in the process. Didn't work for me!?

What label are you using and how are you placing it (i.e. manually or via "label selected elements" command).

Identification label and both manual and auto. 89 degrees is fine but at exactly 90 the label text screws up. I guess it's by design but it is really ugly. I think the text should be rotatable...

The 'Always readable' option doesn't seem to work on that label.
It does on the 'ID' label but that is basically just text with an arrow and is not a scripted object.

Setting the 'Identification Label' to 'Vertical' works so long as your wall is vertical or just 'flipping' the label works too but that means it will change the side of the wall it is on.

Custom angle of 90 seems to be working for me but again only good if the wall is vertical.

I am using ArchiCAD 24 and still don't see any label that rotates text.
