How do I add only one dimension line in a section view?

I'm trying to add a story level line in a section view, but the dimensions keep appearing throughout the story.

The way I want to add dimensions is ctrl+left click .

If you have a technique for dimensioning, I would appreciate it if you could let me know on YouTube.
