How do I get rid of the comma in mm dimensions?

Working in milimeters converts dimensions to meters by separating a dimension with a comma.

What should be 3300
turns out as 3,300

Since commas are classed as a decimal place where I work, dimensions can get confusing.

I've tried changing settings in Project Preferences, but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help?
