HOW TO FLIP "FIRST ROW TEXT" WITH "SECOND ROW TEXT" IN INTERIOR ELEVATION TAGS?

REFER TO ATTACHED IMAGE.
A PICTURE IS "ALWAYS" WORTH 1000 WORDS...SOMETIMES 10,000. WRITTEN LANGUAGE IS OVER-RATED. WE SHOULD ALL GO BACK TO HIEROGLYPHICS TO ASK A QUESTION.

Not 100% sure this will work... but try messing
with "Marker Text Rotation".
This one: "Align with Elevation Line - No Flip"
You may have to adjust "always vert./horiz." as well.
