Imported PDF's show up in layouts, but don't print

When I place external PDF files into my project, and create a layout that includes them along with other geometry (sheet titles, drawing elements, etc.) everything looks fine, but when I print the layout, only one of the PDF's prints, and none of the other geometry on the layout.

Any ideas?

I tried a search before posting and didn't find anything. I'll try again.

I just tried to find it myself.... I know it was in the last week or two, but if you have not noticed the search engine is pretty lame!

did you check the security settings of the .pdf that wont print?

The PDF's were generated from Excel using the Amyuni PDF driver to create them. I then placed it into a layout sheet. When I print the sheet, the sheet borders (from the master layout) don't print, and only one of the PDF's prints (it seems to be the last one placed).
