Incorrect "Ø" in PM9

I want to show the problem relative to dimensions ANNOs.
The Problem is that in Dimensions Custom Text line entered "Ø(diameter symbol)" is in PM9-INT not correct.
As you can see for other ANNOs(also in Lables) symbol is shown correct.

Also the same incorrect result will be for different Font Script Codes(0: default; 204 cyrillic; etc. | means FSC for PM in Registry Editor).
