Can I do this, you see those red markers, I need them not to be ortogonal with section line.

Yes there is possibility...
make a 3d view as You wish with the visible area selected by marque...
than make a 3d document of it.

Well I am not sure if I can, because i am using AC 11.
And what would I do with 3d document anyway?
